Miocommerce, a growing SaaS company, faced a dual challenge — low organic website traffic and underperforming email marketing efforts. With just 153 monthly organic visitors, their website wasn’t attracting enough prospects to fuel growth.

Additionally, their email list was outdated, leading to lackluster engagement and limited campaign results. These issues held back their ability to convert leads into paying customers and scale their monthly recurring revenue (MRR).

The Solution

To address these challenges, Miocommerce hire me to rework their strategy. I focused on two primary areas—organic traffic and email marketing.

  1. Organic Traffic Growth:
    • I conducted a comprehensive SEO audit to identify technical issues, keyword opportunities, and content gaps.
    • I optimized on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, headers, and internal linking to improve website visibility.
    • I created a 6-month content strategy featuring a powerful mix ToFu, MoFu and BoFu keywords to attract new visitors, provide ongoing value, and nurture prospects who are so close to becoming customers.
    • I jumped in as the company’s content lead and dedicated copywriter to implement content strategy.
    • I ran a guest post outreach campaign for linking-building to improve MioCommerce’s domain authority and more importantly drive more traffic.

    • I cleaned and segmented the email list to ensure campaigns were reaching the right audience.

    • I A/B tested subject lines, copy, and design to refine email performance.
